Full itinerary (day‐by‐day)

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Check‐in at Essentia Dimora Rurale, welcome drink, dinner with local agricultural products.

Day 2 – Bonefro & Santa Croce Farm Experience
Country-style breakfast, visit the medieval village of Bonefro and museum, hands-on workshop at Azienda Agricola Santa Croce, countryside lunch, free afternoon, dinner at Essentia.

Day 3 – E-Bike Tour, Larino & Artisan Workshop
Breakfast, e-bike ride through olive groves and vineyards, wine tasting at a local cellar, visit of Larino (Roman amphitheatre, cathedral, old town), afternoon artisan workshop, dinner.

Day 4 – Tremiti Islands (in season) or Alternative Experiences
If May–Sep: full day excursion to the Isole Tremiti (boat, snorkel, island life); otherwise: cooking class OR wine & olive oil masterclass, return dinner at Essentia.

Day 5 – Alto Molise: Agnone, Bell Foundry & Truffle Hunting
Visit to Agnone and the historic bell foundry, truffle hunting with dogs, truffle-lunch, visit to the archaeological site of Sepino, evening cooking class + convivial dinner.

Day 6 – Coastline: Termoli, Petacciato, Vasto & Costa dei Trabocchi
Breakfast, visit to Termoli (old town & castle), scenic stop at Petacciato, move to Vasto & Punta Aderci nature reserve, drive along the Costa dei Trabocchi, seafood dinner in Termoli, return.

Day 7 – Farewell Breakfast & Departure
Country-style breakfast, free time, check-out and airport transfer.
